Ingredients:

  • 1 ripened banana
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 + scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tablespoon Vern's Toffee Toppings
  • 2 tablespoon melted milk or dark chocolate

Directions:

This one is so simple that even the youngest chefs will enjoy creating this for the family. The above measurements are only a guide--please feel free to add ice cream, Toffee Toppings, and chocolate to your liking. Peel ripened banana and slice in half lengthwise; place slices in a bowl. Spread peanut, or almond, butter over banana slices (optional). Scoop vanilla ice cream over banana slices and peanut butter. Top ice cream with Vern's Toffee Toppings.
