Our toffee is made with only the freshest ingredients. We take pride in our work and we know you will taste the difference that pride makes.


Step # 1 Melting the butter.
The fresh creamery butter is hand blended into a
mixture of water and western sugar.

Step # 2 Adding almonds to the ingredients Once the almonds are folded in, the old-fashioned process of hand stirring begins.


Step # 3 Stirring the Ingredients Cooking with butter requires patience and attention. Unlike large candy companies, Verns' masterfully hand stirs every batch to ensure that each achieves the same creamy texture and perfect flavor. After all, we didn't set out to be the biggest toffee maker; we set out to make the BEST toffee!


Step # 4 The candy mixture is poured onto a special water cooled table
Then Ron spreads the hot toffee as thin as a flat almond.


Step # 5 Adding Chocolate
A generous layer of melted pure milk chocolate is smothered over the toffee candy.



Step # 6 Adding an almond topping
The mixture is blanketed with several pounds of freshly crushed raw almonds. The toffee mixture is turned over and the process is repeated.
