Banana Boat Toffee Train Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripened banana
  • 2  tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 4 tablespoon Vern's Toffee Toppings
  •  melted milk chocolate (optional)

Directions:

Peel ripened banana and slice in half lengthwise. Slice banana again widthwise so that you have 4 equal sections of banana. Slather peanut (or almond) butter down the centers that you just sliced. Sprinkle Vern's Toffee Toppings over the peanut (or almond) butter and banana sections. Drizzle with melted chocolate as desired. This snack is so easy to make even the kids can do it!
