A Colorado gift, made by hand in Fort Collins

Vern and Gert perfected their butter almond toffee recipe in Fort Collins in 1976. Four generations later, our family still makes it the same way: small batches of AA-grade sweet cream butter, almonds, and sugar, stirred by hand in copper kettles and finished in milk or dark chocolate. It's all natural and gluten-free, with no preservatives.

Our candy kitchen sits just under 5,000 feet, about sixty miles north of Denver, with the Rockies close by. We like to think a little of this place ends up in every batch.

It's the gift people send to family who moved away, to friends who visited once and still talk about it, and to clients and colleagues across the country. We ship to all 50 states, and every gift can go out with a handwritten note.
