Vern's Toffee generally utilizes USPS Priority Mail for shipments weighing 10 pounds or less. If you or your recipient do not receive mail at your shipping address please provide a PO Box to avoid having your gift returned. UPS SurePost is also an option; please call our shipping specialists at 1(800)958-3767 to find out UPS SurePost rates. Packages weighing more than 10 pounds are generally shipped via FedEx.
IMPORTANT 2022 SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that ordering early and allowing additional delivery time remains essential as shipping delays are now commonplace. We strongly recommend you plan to ship your gifts by December 1. It is now customary for packages shipping outside of Colorado to remain in transit for a minimum of 13 business days so please plan accordingly. Each package shipped from Vern's Toffee House has a label on the shipping carton instructing your recipients to place their gift in the refrigerator upon arrival; this will ensure the freshness of your gifts for the holidays.
All carriers have eliminated guaranteed delivery times and Vern's Toffee will not assume responsibility for gifts that are delivered after December 25, 2022. We appreciate your business and wish you a safe and healthy holiday season!

Vern's Toffee guarantees your delicious toffee will be delivered to the address provided in your order; we cannot extend this guarantee when incorrect or incomplete information has been provided. If you find that you have provided incorrect delivery information for your order, Vern's Toffee can attempt to notify our carrier of the corrected information prior to delivery. However, a $15.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment for redirecting your package. Vern's Toffee cannot refund product or shipping charges if a package is declined.
